This Privacy Policy explains how "Строй-Ка" (also known as "Buildem" and "Obraca") ("we", "us", or "our") handles user information. We value your privacy and aim to be transparent about our data practices.

Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (such as your name, phone number, or email address) to our servers.

Local Storage: All calculations, project history, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your phone and is not accessible by us.

PDF Generation: When you export a report to PDF, the document is generated on your device. We do not have access to your generated files.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

To keep our services free, we show advertisements. Our app uses third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob and/or Yandex Advertising Network). These providers may collect and use advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) and other cookies to show ads that are relevant to you.

You can manage your advertising preferences or opt-out of personalized ads in your device settings (Google Settings > Ads).

4. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Storage/Media: To save generated PDF reports to your device's memory so you can send them via messenger or email.
• Camera: Required exclusively for the "Plumb line" tool. The camera is used in real-time to overlay vertical lines on the screen for alignment purposes. We do not record, store, or transmit any images or video data from your device.
• Microphone: Used solely for the "Sound Meter" tool to measure ambient noise levels in real-time. The app processes audio signals locally to calculate decibel levels and does NOT record, store, or transmit any audio data or conversations.
